Welcome to Racquet Rivals. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
Racquet Rivals is an entertainment platform that allows users to make predictions for tennis matches and earn points based on correct predictions.
By accessing or using Racquet Rivals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Racquet Rivals is designed purely for entertainment purposes. Users can make predictions on tennis match outcomes, create brackets, and earn points based on the accuracy of their predictions.
We emphasize that Racquet Rivals is NOT a gambling platform. Points earned have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or any other tangible items. The service does not offer any real-world rewards for successful predictions.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
4. Payment Terms
Racquet Rivals offers two payment options:
- Individual draw entries: One-time payments that grant access to make predictions for specific draws.
- Subscriptions: Recurring annual payments that provide access to make predictions for all draws.
We use Paddle to process payments. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to Paddle's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles customer service inquiries related to payments, billing, and refunds. All transactions are subject to Paddle's approval and compliance requirements. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at will@racquetrivals.com. We'll review your request and, if approved, issue a refund via our payment provider, Paddle.
6. User Content and Predictions
By submitting predictions or any other content to Racquet Rivals, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display that content in connection with the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
7. Prohibited Activities
When using Racquet Rivals, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to manipulate the points system or rankings
- Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
- Use automated systems or bots to access the service
- Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the service
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Racquet Rivals at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to features, predictions systems, pricing, and these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use Racquet Rivals will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
Racquet Rivals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to errors, inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
